Scriptlet VAI provides AI-driven consulting and software solutions. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, services are provided "as is" and "as available." AI-generated insights are intended for professional guidance and should be verified by human oversight.

Standard Refund Conditions

  • check_circleConsulting Services: If a scheduled consultation is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% service fee.
  • check_circleSaaS Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days of service, excluding the implementation fee.
  • check_circleCustom Development: Refund milestones are defined within each specific Statement of Work (SOW) agreement.
